Is it easy to put a daily meal plan together?

OnlyDieting was created to be simple to use. With hundreds of common foods to choose from, you just pick the foods you prefer and the software will calculate the appropriate portion size.

You can use the variations of these ingredients to quickly create a daily meal schedule of conveniently balanced portions. After you have created one or two meal plans, creating another can take less than a minute. The instructions below will walk you through the method of preparing your own meal plan.

  • Step 1

    Activate your account and log in. Complete your "My Details" section. Make sure you complete it as accurately as you can. Select your preferred diet type from a list of diet types.

  • Step 2

    Choose your favorite foods from an extensive selection.

  • Step 3

    Create a meal plan with a suitable name that possibly reflects the content of the plan.

  • Step 4

    Now choose various foods from the six food groups to create a full meal plan. Repeat the process with the other five food groups. You have now completed a full meal plan.

  • Step 5

    Print or view your shopping list. If you have a family package, you can print one list for the whole family.
